The Robinson House has traces of Victorian & a heavy dose of the Arts & Crafts period from when it was built and echoed the traditional 19th century floor plan with a center hall and double parlors on one side, and two bedrooms on the other side. There have been two major renovations , in the 1930's when a carport was added, and columns were replaced; next in 1964 with heat and air systems and updated electrical and plumbing. It is an extremely solid structure and shows no signs of settlement.
